Ground Floor Extension And New Kitchen
From the initial consultation I was in close communications with Del throughout the project which went perfectly to the agreed timescales. Other than one day of very heavy rain the team were present on site from start to finish. The finish and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Will be using the guys again to complete a loft extension. Highly recommend. 10
Renovation of terraced house
Got Delroy from this site and am very happy I did so. He has a very decent and professional group of tradesmen that he calls on (especially the plasterer and the carpenter). He uncovered and fixed some fairly awful "bodges" from a previous "builder". Our refurbishment plans did change once or twice and he was accommodating of the changes and also did not suddenly hit you with silly prices for extras, that I have experienced with one or two other builders. So, yes, I have no hesitation in recommending Del.
Double skinned porch and internal remodelling
Delroy was a professional from start to finish. He was able to offer input on our initial plans, accomodated changes we requested and the quality of the end product is absolutely top notch. He visited the site regularly to make sure everything was on track and up to the standards that we were looking for. His entire team were extremely courteous and professional throughout. Delroy was also very dilligent with his communications, making sure we always knew who would be visiting the property and when, and even making sure we knew if they had been delayed. Thanks for a great job!
